Donation Slips
Donation Letter
If everyone would help it would be appreciated. Print the letter and donation slip. When you talk to the businesses/people explain what we do, leave them a letter, and fill and the return the donation slip with the item.
-If the item is something like a pie, cookies, or something that has to be delivered the night of the auction, please write me out a good description and fill out the donation slip – turn that into me. Then I know what to put in the catalog.
-If the item is a service, trip, etc. Please ask them to make a certificate or offer to help make a certificate. Certificates should describe the service or trip, have a contact number, dates it’s good for, maybe a picture.
